How to charge Pocket Wifi / ポケットWifi 充電方法

Please check if the charging equipments work property once receive Pocket Wifi Set.

ポケットWifi一式をお受け取りになられましたら、必ずご利用開始前（ご出発前）に充電機器の動作確認を行ってください。

Please charge directly from an outlet.

Note: Charging from laptop, at car or airplane may not be charged due to the difference in voltage, and may have risk of potential failing.

コンセントから直接充電をしてください。

注）パソコンを介して、車や飛行機の機内での充電は電圧の違いにより充電ができない、または充電機器の故障に繋がる可能性がございます。

The battery mark on the screen moves while charging.

Please confirm that the battery can be charged to 100%.

充電中はスクリーン上のバッテリーマークが動きます。

100％まで充電ができることをご確認ください。

While charging, the small battery mark at the top right of the screen moves.

Please confirm that the battery can be charged to 100%.

［ポケットWifiの電源が付いている状態］

充電中はスクリーン右上の小さいバッテリーマークが動きます。

100％まで充電ができることをご確認ください。

*You will not be able to connect to the internet before the start date of use,  [No Valid Order] will be displayed on the screen.

On the start date, you will be able to connect to the Internet in the country of you selected.

※ご利用開始日前はインターネット接続はできませんのでスクリーン上に［No Valid Order］が表示されます。

ご利用開始日になりましたら、ご指定のプランの国でインターネットに接続ができるようになります。

<What to do if charging does not work properly>

1. Make sure the charging cord is inserted into the Pocket Wifi and the adapter

2. If your pocket Wifi is powered on, try charging it with it turned off

3. Try charging from another outlet

4. Wait a while and then try charging

Although we will rent out a set of rental equipment after checking the operation, there may be problems with the equipment due to voltage differences or other malfunctions.

It will take several days to replace the charging device, so if you are unable to charge the battery properly and you have the same type of charging adapter or cord, please use your own charging device to charge the battery.

< 充電がうまくできない場合の対処法 >

1, 充電コードがポケットWifi本体とアダプターにしっかり差し込まれていることを確認する

2, ポケットWifiの電源が付いている場合は、電源を切った状態で充電をしてみる

3, 別のコンセントから充電をしてみる

4, 少し時間をおいてから充電してみる

動作確認をした上でレンタル機器一式を貸し出しさせていただいておりますが、電圧の違いや何等かの動作により機器に不具合が生じることもございます。

充電機器の交換にも日数を要しますので、もし充電がうまくできない場合で同型の充電アダプター、コードをお持ちの場合は、お客様の充電機器での充電をお願い致します。
