How to make a reservation
Please make a reservation before using your mobile Wifi router,
It takes about half a day (Business day) to activate your Wifi router after receive a reservation, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
① https://universalmobile.us/mypage
From [My Page] on the upper right of UNIVERSAL Mobile Website, log in with your email address and password you registered when you registered as a member.
②Go to [UNIVERSAL Wifi] and press [Wifi rental form]
③Enter or select the required Wifi Information according to the screen.
④After confirming your reservation details, if there is no mistake, press [Confirm reservation].
Your reservation is now complete.
How to check your reservation details
You can check the details of your reservation from [UNIVERSAL Wifi] on My Page.
Change or cancel reservation details
Please contact UNIVERSAL Mobile Customer Support for any changes to your reservation (schedule changes or extensions) or cancellations.
