How to Check Your Data Usage

Please check your smartphone settings.

• iPhone

1. Open the Settings app

2. Tap **"Cellular" or "Mobile Data"**

3. Check the **"Cellular Data" or "Current Period"** section

• Your data usage for the current period will be displayed (in GB or MB).

• Scroll down to view data usage by individual apps.

• Android

1. Open the "Settings" app

2. Tap "Network & internet" or "Connections"

3. Select "Mobile network" or "Data usage"

4. Check "App data usage" or "Mobile data usage"

5. Your monthly data usage will be displayed in a graph or list format

You can adjust the display to match your billing cycle (monthly) by tapping "Data usage cycle" or "Billing cycle" near the top of the screen.

*Menu names may vary depending on the Android version and manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, Google Pixel).

Depending on your device model or software version, data usage details may not appear in the settings menu.

In such cases, downloading a data tracking app is another helpful option.
