My Data Speed Has Slowed Down

For the plans listed below, data speeds will be reduced once your monthly data usage reaches the plan limit.

The amount of high-speed 5G / 4G LTE data available to you depends on your monthly plan.

• $15 Plan - Up to 2GB of 5G / 4G LTE Data

• $30 Plan - Up to 2GB of 5G / 4G LTE Data

• $45 Plan - 5G / 4G LTE Data up to 6GB

• $60 Plan - 5G / 4G LTE Data Unlimited

*If your monthly data usage reaches the limit, your data speed will be throttled to a maximum of 3G (upload/download) until the next billing cycle.
  Although speeds are reduced, you can continue using data without limit.

*Even if your monthly data usage reaches the limit and speeds slow down, no overage charges will occur.

*Your monthly data allowance resets on your service start date each month.
