How to Set Up Your Voicemail

• For iPhone Users

Setting Up Visual Voicemail on iPhone

1. Open the Phone app and tap "Voicemail".

2. Enter your default password. The default password is the last four digits of your phone number. 

3. Create a new password to complete the setup.

• For Android Users

1. Press and hold "1", or dial "123" to connect to Voicemail.

2. If prompted for a password, enter the last four digits of your phone number as the default password.

3. Create a new password to complete the setup.

• How to Reset Your Password

1. Open the keypad in the Phone app, enter "#793#", and press the Call button.

2. Once the message “Your Voicemail Password has been reset to the last 4 digits of your mobile number.” appears on your screen, the reset is complete.
