Q. How do I update my credit card information?

A. You can update your credit card information at any time from "My Page" on online. Please login "My Page" at the top right of the Universal Mobile Website, and update your card information from "Payment Method". Website Link: https://universalmobile.us/mypage/login?redirecturl=/mypage



We accept the U.S. or Japanese credit cards and debit cards. (VISA/Master Card/American Express/JCB)

***Note***

1) Some debit cards may not be accepted depending on the issuer. 

2) Withdrawal procedures are carried out in the United States. If you use the credit card issued other than the United States, some credit card's companies will charge a separate fee. Please confirm with your credit card company if you want to know more details.

3) When you update your credit card information, you may be tentatively charged $1 to verify if your credit card is valid and if your card number is correct. However, it is a provisional bill, so you will not be actually billed. (it will be canceled in about 3 to 5 business days after confirming). If you receive the $1 bill by us when you confirm the statement at a later date, please contact to our customer support as below.
