[US Short-Term SIM Plan (eSIM)] Steps to Get Started
This guide explains how to get started with your US Short-Term SIM Plan (eSIM), from ordering to eSIM setup.
Please follow steps ① through ⑥ in order.
? Available Plan Durations
7 days / 10 days / 14 days / 20 days / 25 days / 30 days / 40 days / 50 days / 60 days
Select Your Plan Duration and Proceed to Cart
Visit the plan page, select your desired duration, then click [Add to Cart] → [Proceed to Checkout].
Log In to My Page or Create a New Account
If you already have an account, log in to My Page. If this is your first time, please register as a new member.
Complete Your Order
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details and complete your order.
Register Your eSIM Info (EID & IMEI)
When the [Usage Information] screen appears, click [Register eSIM Number] and enter the following, then tap [Save].
・EID number (32 digits)
・IMEI number (15 digits)
※ For instructions on finding these numbers, see How to find your EID & IMEI number.
Select Your Desired Start Date and Submit Activation Request
When the [Activation Request] screen appears, select your Desired Start Date and click [Submit Activation Request].
✅ Your service will be available from your selected start date (US Pacific Time).
Your phone number will also be confirmed on your start date.
Set Up Your eSIM Using the Email Received the Day Before
The day before your start date, you will receive an email with subject: "eSIM Activation Complete".
Follow the instructions in the email to add and set up your eSIM on your device.
? How to Check Your Phone Number After eSIM Setup
Android: "Settings" → "About device" → "Phone number"
iPhone (iOS): "Settings" → "Phone" → "My Number"
※ If your phone number is not displayed, try restarting your device.
※ For detailed eSIM setup instructions, see eSIM Setup Guide (Short-Term SIM Plan).
⚠️ eSIM activation can only be performed within the United States. Please complete this step after arriving in the US.
? About Your Plan Period
- The plan period includes your start date.
- Your plan will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period (no cancellation procedure required).
- The service cannot be used outside the United States or for international calls.
- If you wish to use Japan Call, please purchase the plan that includes Japan Call.
- Other optional plans are not available with this plan.

Start date: July 3
Available period: July 3 – July 12
